kedalaman 0–10 m; sirip punggung dengan 7 duri dan 9 jari lunak, kecoklatan
pucat dengan bercak-bercak besar coklat tua di sisi tubuh dan di pangkal ekor,
bintik-bintik coklat di sisi tubuh, sirip punggung dan ekor; Indo–Pasifik
Barat; sampai 18 cm.

dorsal and caudal fins; Indo–W. Pacific; to 18 cm.
